There is a continuous running conveying system inside the tunnel oven. When the food is baked, the slate is heated, and the slate conducts heat to bake the food. In addition, the slate is used as a transmission medium to transport the food, so as to complete the work of uniform baking and conveying. The tunnel oven is a large equipment that provides continuous baking and can be equipped with production line operation. Introduction of the QUALIBAKE stone tunnel oven

  • Generally according to the different energy, there are electric slate tunnel oven, liquefied gas slate tunnel oven or natural gas slate tunnel oven

  • Baking temperature range: normal temperature ~450℃

  • Specification: the tunnel oven can be customized the length and width according to the production requirements of users, generally the shortest 6m, the width is from 0.8m to 2m

  • Appearance material: According to customer needs, it can choose (201/304) stainless steel

  • Thermal insulation cotton: high density aluminum silicate ceramic fiber blanket 120#, density: 120kg/m3; Thickness 30mm. Application range up to 1300°, high temperature fire prevention, sound absorption, noise reduction, to ensure the difference between the surface temperature of the oven and room temperature is lower than 5°

  • Slate: the cordierite as raw material, ceramic glaze treatment of the surface , high density and high heat storage, non-stick and easy to clean, and it can be customized according to customer needs

  • Control system: Using famous brands of electronic accessories, such as Omron temperature controller, Schneider relay, Schneider AC contactor, Siemens PLC control system, Siemens touch screen, Siemens inverter. Intelligent control, simple operating system, and equipped with alarm light and alarm sound to prevent misoperation. Anti-backfire safety control mode, automatic detection of gas pressure and the alarm of the fault of turning off the fire. In addition, according to the different baking time requirements of various products, intelligent control can be implemented through the PLC intelligent control system. Drive frequency conversion speed regulation, can achieve ten times speed change and can pre-store more than 10 groups of parameters to achieve automatic operation

  • Hot air system: use the gas burner to generate heat, release heat through the heat exchange box, and then use the centrifugal fan to drive the whole air to bake the product

  • OLYMPLA burner: It's a 40+ years famous brand of combustion machine from Japan. It's with auxiliary ignition system,and the proportional motor control makes combustion more fully. Fully automatic operation and all components are easy to check and maintain. Stable performance, reliable operation  and long service life

  • The manual oven discharge device: the products in the oven can be sent out manually when there is a power outage, helping customers to reduce the loss to a minimum. In addition, it's also easy to overhaul.
